O consumo de alimentos ultraprocessados, com muita gordura e a\u00e7\u00facar, poderia estimular a dopamina alterando tamb\u00e9m os h\u00e1bitos<\/h2>\n<p>A obesidade \u00e9 um problema de sa\u00fade mundial, associado ao estilo de vida atual, e considerado um fator de risco importante para o desenvolvimento de algumas doen\u00e7as como, por exemplo, o c\u00e2ncer e a diabetes.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Em grande parte, este fen\u00f4meno \u00e9 resultado de uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o pouco saud\u00e1vel. De acordo com Ali G\u00fcler, autor de um estudo publicado recentemente na revista<em> Current Biology,<\/em> em muitos pa\u00edses, a dieta \u201cvem mudando drasticamente nos \u00faltimos 50 anos, com alimentos altamente processados dispon\u00edveis de forma f\u00e1cil e barata a qualquer hora do dia ou da noite\u201d, comenta.<\/p>\n<p>Ele ressalta que entre estes alimentos, a maioria tem muito a\u00e7\u00facar, carboidrato e calorias. Se o consumo destes alimentos passa a ser frequente, pode ter efeitos negativos para a sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n<p>Ele desenvolveu um experimento com ratos de laborat\u00f3rio. Um grupo seguia uma dieta saud\u00e1vel, normal em calorias e gorduras. Estes ratos conseguiram seguir um h\u00e1bito alimentar regular, com a pr\u00e1tica de exerc\u00edcio. O resultado foi um peso adequado.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 o grupo de ratos que tinham \u00e0 disponibilidade comidas altas em gorduras e a\u00e7\u00facares come\u00e7aram a alterar os h\u00e1bitos alimentares, comiam entre hor\u00e1rios e foram ganhando peso at\u00e9 chegar \u00e0 obesidade.<\/p>\n<p>Um terceiro grupo de ratos tiveram o sinal de dopamina interrompido. Com isso, n\u00e3o sentiam prazer comendo as comidas da dieta alta em gordura, e conseguiram manter um hor\u00e1rio normal de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, sem resultar em obesidade.<\/p>\n<p>Os autores do estudo afirmaram que a dopamina no c\u00e9rebro \u00e9 capaz de governar a biologia circadiana, aquela que organiza os hor\u00e1rios habituais fisiol\u00f3gicos como a hora de comer, a hora de dormir, entre outros. A comida alta em gorduras e a\u00e7\u00facares \u00e9 capaz de estimular a dopamina, que d\u00e1 a sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de prazer, e com isso, alterar os h\u00e1bitos alimentares.<\/p>\n<p>A dopamina \u00e9 um neurotransmissor com fun\u00e7\u00f5es muito importantes no c\u00e9rebro, envolvida com as recompensas e sensa\u00e7\u00f5es de prazer que temos, al\u00e9m de estar associada ao controle de movimentos, emo\u00e7\u00f5es, mem\u00f3ria e cogni\u00e7\u00e3o.
