Nestes estudos, publicados at\u00e9 junho de 2019, foram analisadas as influ\u00eancias da ingest\u00e3o das vitaminas C e E para as adapta\u00e7\u00f5es nos treinos esportivos.<\/h2>\n<p>Todos haviam sido avaliados durante programas de treinamento, sendo que nove destes estudos analisaram adapta\u00e7\u00f5es a exerc\u00edcios aer\u00f3bicos e nove, adapta\u00e7\u00f5es fisiol\u00f3gicas aos treinamentos de resist\u00eancia.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Os pesquisadores conclu\u00edram a partir desta meta-an\u00e1lise que os suplementos, tanto a vitamina C como a vitamina E, n\u00e3o exerceram melhoras na capacidade aer\u00f3bica nem para o rendimento de resist\u00eancia f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m dessa conclus\u00e3o, n\u00e3o foram encontradas melhoras na massa e for\u00e7a musculares, em qualquer idade analisada.<\/p>\n<p>Os resultados deste estudo contribuem como evid\u00eancias para rever o consumo de vitaminas, de maneira generalizada e sem o conhecimento adequado sobre os efeitos para o corpo e para o rendimento.
