Mas pesquisadores continuam buscando as combina\u00e7\u00f5es mais adequadas para produzir um efeito \u00f3ptimo para cada esportista.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Desde a d\u00e9cada de 60, com o desenvolvimento da t\u00e9cnica de biopsia muscular para conhecer o metabolismo muscular humano, vem se consolidando um consenso de que altos n\u00edveis de glicog\u00eanio muscular antes do exerc\u00edcio \u00e9 um indicativo de um bom rendimento esportivo. Isso porque a pr\u00e1tica de exerc\u00edcio requer do corpo uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o de carboidratos e lip\u00eddios, e como consequ\u00eancia, as pautas nutricionais no esporte recomendavam dietas com carboidratos.<\/p>\n<p>Nos \u00faltimos 3 ou 4 anos, os pesquisadores v\u00eam analisado o impacto da dieta cetog\u00eanica, com menos de 50 g\/d de carboidratos e mais de 75% de gordura. Um estudo, publicado recentemente, analisou estudos sobre pesquisas sobre esta dieta, para compreender se existem benef\u00edcios reais para o rendimento de atletas, tanto profissionais ou recreativos.<\/p>\n<p>Por\u00e9m, n\u00e3o conseguiram encontrar mostras de um beneficio claro, embora encontrassem benef\u00edcios em provas de intensidade vigorosa de curta dura\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Por outro lado, a dieta n\u00e3o causou a diminui\u00e7\u00e3o do rendimento.
