Isto significa que as estas subst\u00e2ncias facilitam o nascimento de novos neur\u00f4nios e em consequ\u00eancia poderia favorecer o atraso da apari\u00e7\u00e3o e desenvolvimento do Alzheimer.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Os polifen\u00f3is s\u00e3o encontrados em alimentos como ch\u00e1, uva, vinho, frutas, entre outros. Assim mesmo, os \u00e1cidos graxos poliinsaturados se encontram em peixes oleosos e vegetais como o milho, a quina, o espinafre. Junto com os antes mencionados est\u00e3o inclu\u00eddos os 15 superalimentos, considerados assim por suas valiosas propriedades preventivas dos nutrientes que possuem.<\/p>\n<p>O estudo, dirigido pela professora do Departamento de Bioqu\u00edmica e Biologia Molecular da UAB, Mercedes Unzeta, foi aplicado em dois grupos de ratos. O primeiro grupo foi alimentado com uma pasta formada por uma mescla de produtos naturais, frutas secas, azeites vegetais e farinhas ricas em fibras. Este grupo mostrou mais prolifera\u00e7\u00e3o celular no c\u00e9rebro do que os ratos alimentados com uma dieta padr\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Com esta pesquisa se refor\u00e7a a hip\u00f3tese que uma dieta que contenham estes alimentos antioxidantes poderiam atrasar a apari\u00e7\u00e3o ou a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do Alzheimer.<\/p>\n<p>No final da d\u00e9cada de 60 acreditava-se que a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de neur\u00f4nios de mam\u00edferos adultos decrescia a medida que se envelhecia, contudo, com esta tipo de estudo tem se tornado poss\u00edvel comprovar que existe a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de novos neur\u00f4nios, ainda que esta capacidade esteja restrita a duas regi\u00f5es do c\u00e9rebro: o bulbo olfativo e o hipocampo; que \u00e9 a \u00e1reas implicada da mem\u00f3ria e dos processos cognitivos.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 importante incluir em nossa dieta di\u00e1ria alimentos que contenham antioxidantes, j\u00e1 que h\u00e1 cada vez mais provas que o que ingerimos \u00e9 a chave para determinar nossa sa\u00fade no presente e no futuro.
