Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o das tecnologias da informa\u00e7\u00e3o e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o para o envelhecimento saud\u00e1vel \u201dextraiu dados de v\u00e1rios estudos publicados em espanhol e ingl\u00eas entre 2013 e 2018.<\/p>\n<p>A motiva\u00e7\u00e3o do estudo \u00e9 o aumento da expectativa de vida ligada ao surgimento de novas tecnologias, cujos usos est\u00e3o se tornando cada vez mais importantes hoje.<\/p>\n<p>Os autores do estudo indicam que as TICs contribuem para o empoderamento da popula\u00e7\u00e3o idosa em diferentes \u00e1reas: autocuidado, autonomia na tomada de decis\u00f5es, vida independente e autoefic\u00e1cia no manejo de doen\u00e7as e medicamentos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cO uso das TIC voltadas para idosos deve levar em considera\u00e7\u00e3o as caracter\u00edsticas dessa popula\u00e7\u00e3o; al\u00e9m da facilidade e intui\u00e7\u00e3o dos produtos, eles precisam ser sinceros e precisos para conseguir sua ades\u00e3o&#8221;, indicam os pesquisadores.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 essencial executar estrat\u00e9gias personalizadas quando surgir a necessidade de investigar um projeto centrado em cada pessoa.
