Apesar disso, o papel da mulher foi fundamental para muitos dos avan\u00e7os da humanidade.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>O jornal espanhol El Pa\u00eds indica que um <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessinsider.es\/14-descubrimientos-cambiaron-mundo-realizados-mujeres-478517#:~:text=Watson%20y%20Crick%20se%20llevaron,Rosalind%20Franklin%20quien%20lo%20descubri%C3%B3.&amp;text=Mientras%20investigaba%20en%20el%20King's,de%20la%20estructura%20del%20ADN.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>marco na hist\u00f3ria da tecnologia foi atribu\u00eddo erroneamente a homens<\/strong><\/a>, quando, na verdade, foram v\u00e1rias mulheres as protagonistas. Especificamente, os eventos aconteceram em 1946, quando seis mulheres desenvolveram um dos primeiros computadores eletr\u00f4nicos, o ENIAC.<\/p>\n<p>Para modificar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o, a empresa de eletr\u00f4nicos <a href=\"https:\/\/www.samsung.com\/es\/tecnologiaconproposito\/samsung-desarrolladoras\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Samsung<\/a> criou o programa <strong>DesArrolladoras<\/strong>, para treinar mulheres no campo das profiss\u00f5es STEM. Este ano chegar\u00e1 a sua terceira edi\u00e7\u00e3o, cuja nova convoca\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7ar\u00e1 em setembro. Desde o in\u00edcio da iniciativa, cerca de 1.200 mulheres j\u00e1 se beneficiaram do treinamento gratuito oferecido por esta empresa.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>falta de refer\u00eancias femininas<\/strong> tamb\u00e9m leva a uma mudan\u00e7a nas decis\u00f5es sobre seus estudos. \u201cAs mulheres n\u00e3o tem considerado carreiras tecnol\u00f3gicas, pois n\u00e3o lhes s\u00e3o dadas informa\u00e7\u00f5es suficientes sobre o que significa trabalhar no setor\u201d, afirma <a href=\"https:\/\/uk.linkedin.com\/in\/sheridanash\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sheridan Ash<\/a>, diretora de tecnologia e investimentos de PwC.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNas <strong>faculdades de inform\u00e1tica da Espanha, a presen\u00e7a de mulheres ainda \u00e9 m\u00ednima<\/strong>. No ano acad\u00eamico de 2018-2019, dos 49.860 estudantes matriculados em Ci\u00eancias da Computa\u00e7\u00e3o nas universidades espanholas, apenas 13% eram mulheres, de acordo com os n\u00fameros do Minist\u00e9rio da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, indica o jornal mencionado anteriormente.<\/p>\n<p>Esse treinamento se atrela a outros programas que buscam aumentar o interesse nesse campo. No M\u00e9xico, por exemplo, o projeto <a href=\"https:\/\/www.funiber.blog\/pt\/tecnologias-tic\/2020\/05\/11\/funiber-meninas-tecnologia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>Beautiful Patterns<\/em><\/a> visa desenvolver as habilidades tecnol\u00f3gicas das meninas no pa\u00eds latino-americano.<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.funiber.org.br\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">FUNIBER<\/a> patrocina uma grande variedade de programas universit\u00e1rios focados em oferecer aos profissionais informa\u00e7\u00f5es completas e atuais sobre a necessidade de aproximar setor tecnol\u00f3gico e mulheres.
