A proposta liderada pela FAO conta com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de at\u00e9 24 entidades.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u201cA campanha regional de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, liderada pela FAO, busca reconhecer as formas de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, conhecimentos, capacidades e necessidades urgentes das <strong>mulheres rurais, ind\u00edgenas e afrodescendentes da regi\u00e3o<\/strong>, aumentadas pela pandemia COVID-19\u201d, destaca o organismo em um comunicado.<\/p>\n<p>O grupo de organiza\u00e7\u00f5es que apoia a iniciativa destacou o papel desse grupo nas fases de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, abastecimento e comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de alimentos, al\u00e9m de sua luta pela preserva\u00e7\u00e3o dos conhecimentos e saberes tradicionais, aponta a FAO. Aproximadamente 58 milh\u00f5es de mulheres residem em zonas rurais localizadas na Am\u00e9rica Latina e no Caribe.<\/p>\n<p>A ag\u00eancia destaca as dif\u00edceis condi\u00e7\u00f5es desse grupo, muitas vezes desamparado nos mecanismos de prote\u00e7\u00e3o social e com altas cargas de trabalho. <strong>A pandemia de coronav\u00edrus agravou a situa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>. Al\u00e9m de realizar suas tarefas produtivas, as mulheres cuidam dos filhos, dos idosos e enfermos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA Campanha busca tornar vis\u00edveis as mulheres como guardi\u00e3s e promotoras do desenvolvimento sustent\u00e1vel, alinhada com a Agenda 2030 para n\u00e3o deixar ningu\u00e9m para tr\u00e1s\u201d, diz o comunicado. A iniciativa fica aberta \u00e0 colabora\u00e7\u00e3o de outras institui\u00e7\u00f5es, por meio de formul\u00e1rio em seu site.<\/p>\n<p>Todos aqueles profissionais que desejam ampliar sua experi\u00eancia no mundo empresarial e reconhecer as necessidades atuais dos diversos grupos, poder\u00e3o alcan\u00e7ar seu objetivo com os programas universit\u00e1rios patrocinados pela <a href=\"https:\/\/www.funiber.org.br\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">FUNIBER<\/a>.
