De acordo com a presidente da <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aped-dor.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Associa\u00e7\u00e3o ao Portuguesa para o Estudo da Dor<\/a>, Ana Pedro, \u201ca alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um grande aliado no tratamento da dor cr\u00f4nica, uma vez que esta est\u00e1 associada ao peso elevado e \u00e0 qualidade da dieta\u201d, afirmou.<\/p>\n<p>Ela recomenda que pacientes com dor cr\u00f4nica tenham um controle da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o para evitar o aumento de peso e problemas na coluna. Em Portugal, cerca de 40% da popula\u00e7\u00e3o sofre desta doen\u00e7a, uma causa de diversos problemas pessoais, sociais e sanit\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cuidar-se com uma dieta saud\u00e1vel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para esta alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, uma dieta com alimentos ricos em \u00e1cido asc\u00f3rbico (vitamina C) e pot\u00e1ssio s\u00e3o importantes.
