Mas no \u00c1rtico, esta transforma\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 ainda mais impactante. Segundo estudos da Ag\u00eancia Atmosf\u00e9rica e Oce\u00e2nica dos Estados Unidos (NOAA), o \u00c1rtico aumentou a temperatura duas vezes mais r\u00e1pido que em todo o planeta.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>O impacto j\u00e1 se v\u00ea nas placas de gelo que se dispersam pelo oceano. Segundo este estudo, este gelo est\u00e1 cada vez mais fino.<\/p>\n<p>Estes dados s\u00e3o informa\u00e7\u00f5es resultantes de sat\u00e9lites que conseguem medir o movimento das placas de gelo e a espessura que t\u00eam.<\/p>\n<p>Mas apesar destes impactos serem percebidos localmente, os efeitos s\u00e3o globais. O resto do planeta tamb\u00e9m sente atrav\u00e9s das mudan\u00e7as clim\u00e1ticas: ventos e correntes mar\u00edtimas, principalmente.<\/p>\n<p>O estudo calcula um aumento de 1,9\u00b0C na temperatura do ar na superf\u00edcie do \u00c1rtico durante os anos 2019 a 2020. Este aumento est\u00e1 conectado com o aumento de outras regi\u00f5es do planeta, como a do oceano, que registrou um aumento de 1 a 3\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Outros efeitos percebidos sobre a superf\u00edcie:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Temperaturas excepcionais de ar quente durante a primavera na Sib\u00e9ria.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"pt\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"1\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"pt\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"2\">Inc\u00eandios florestais extremos em 2020 no norte da R\u00fassia. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"pt\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"1\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"pt\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"2\">Desde 2016, a vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o da tundra muda fortemente pelo continente, diminuindo na Am\u00e9rica do Norte.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"pt\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"1\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"pt\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"2\">De setembro de 2019 a agosto de 2020, a camada de gelo da Groenl\u00e2ndia experimentou maior perda de gelo do que a m\u00e9dia de 1981-2010, mas substancialmente menor do que a perda recorde de 2018\/19. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"pt\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"1\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"pt\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"2\">Geleiras e mantos de gelo fora da Groenl\u00e2ndia continuaram uma tend\u00eancia de perda significativa de gelo.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>O estudo, titulado <a href=\"https:\/\/arctic.noaa.gov\/Report-Card\/Report-Card-2020\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Arctic Report Card 2020<\/strong><\/a>, foi publicado pela NOAA em agosto, e se considera um documento de refer\u00eancia para os estudos ambientais sobre as condi\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas, oce\u00e2nicas e dos solos.
