Nas d\u00e9cadas mais recentes, o lago perdeu entre seis e sete cent\u00edmetros por ano. Os cientistas acreditam que este ritmo poder\u00e1 ser mais acelerado nas pr\u00f3ximas d\u00e9cadas.<\/p>\n<p>O pesquisador da Universidade de Bremen, na Alemanha, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geo.uni-bremen.de\/geomod\/staff\/mprange\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Matthias Prange<\/a>, afirmou que \u201co modelo prediz um descenso do n\u00edvel do mar no C\u00e1spio de nove metros num cen\u00e1rio de emiss\u00f5es intermedi\u00e1rio e de 18 metros em um de altas emiss\u00f5es para o final do s\u00e9culo\u201d, afirmou no jornal El Pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Assim, se n\u00e3o se cumpre o Acordo de Paris, o Mar C\u00e1spio poderia perder 34% de sua superf\u00edcie.<\/p>\n<p>Esta perda est\u00e1 relacionada com dois fatores: o aquecimento global e uma pol\u00edtica agr\u00e1ria mal planejada. No primeiro caso, a evapora\u00e7\u00e3o do lago se prev\u00ea superior \u00e0s chuvas de inverno que, mesmo com a previs\u00e3o de aumento do volume para os pr\u00f3ximos invernos, ser\u00e1 inferior ao efeito de evapora\u00e7\u00e3o, provocado pela subida das temperaturas.<\/p>\n<p>Os autores destacam que a perda de um ter\u00e7o do mar poderia transform\u00e1-lo em um ambiente sem vida.
