No caso destas \u00faltimas, valem tamb\u00e9m as automassagens, mas estas devem ser feitas com cuidado, sem produzir dor, sem pressionar muito e em baixa intensidade, mas muitas vezes.<\/p>\n<p>Mas ele destaca que a preven\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 o melhor rem\u00e9dio, e o melhor \u00e9 fortalecer os m\u00fasculos para evitar as dores.
