De acordo com a pesquisa da empresa Emeraude Escapes, mencionada pelo site <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/cepymenews.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cepymenews<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, mais da metade dos participantes reconhece que sente falta das rela\u00e7\u00f5es que tinham em seu local de trabalho com seus colegas, assim como de colaborar pessoalmente com eles.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cPortanto, embora existam muitos programas para trabalhar remotamente, parece que estes n\u00e3o impedem muitos funcion\u00e1rios de voltar a trabalhar pessoalmente com seus colegas\u201d, lembra o site citado acima.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apesar do grande n\u00famero de ferramentas tecnol\u00f3gicas dispon\u00edveis aos funcion\u00e1rios para conseguir \u201csentir-se parte da equipe\u201d, a pesquisa mostra que ainda h\u00e1 algum caminho a percorrer para tornar o teletrabalho gratificante para todos os funcion\u00e1rios.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.funiber.org.br\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FUNIBER<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> patrocina uma variedade de programas universit\u00e1rios destinados a ampliar a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de profissionais em deferentes \u00e1reas do mundo empresarial, sempre sujeito a constantes mudan\u00e7as.
