O estudo destaca o bem-estar n\u00e3o apenas como a aus\u00eancia de doen\u00e7as, mas como o processo em dire\u00e7\u00e3o a uma vida mais saud\u00e1vel e feliz.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Como resultado deste bem-estar, chegamos ao conceito de sa\u00fade psicol\u00f3gica positiva. Ela pode ser caracterizada por um senso de otimismo, prop\u00f3sito, gratid\u00e3o, resili\u00eancia, afeto positivo, aten\u00e7\u00e3o e vitalidade emocional.
