Tamb\u00e9m podem conhecer as hist\u00f3rias mulheres reais que mudaram seus estilos de vida e inclu\u00edram o exerc\u00edcio em suas atividades di\u00e1rias.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ano passado, para reduzir as infec\u00e7\u00f5es por Covid-19 grande parte da popula\u00e7\u00e3o foi for\u00e7ada ao confinamento, mas tamb\u00e9m levou a uma mudan\u00e7a na maneira de se exercitavar.
