Esse mecanismo \u00e9 conhecido como <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">microtargeting<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. A popula\u00e7\u00e3o mais jovem, principal protagonista das manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas no pa\u00eds desde o final de abril, \u00e9 um dos grupos mais dif\u00edceis de fidelizar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uma <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/dc474ff0-5914-4f85-b4fd-19245cc79ca0.filesusr.com\/ugd\/c967c2_4c1ec1e005d340e4ab1bb8b448611b43.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pesquisa<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> realizada recentemente pelo Centro Nacional de Consultoria (CNC) da Col\u00f4mbia indica que uma alta porcentagem da popula\u00e7\u00e3o optaria pelo voto em branco.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em meio a esta crise de n\u00edvel social e pol\u00edtico, destacada pela pandemia Covid-19 que tem afetado o mundo, a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.unincol.edu.co\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Universit\u00e1ria Internacional da Col\u00f4mbia (UNINCOL),<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pertencente \u00e0 rede de universidades com a qual a FUNIBER colabora, organizou um debate para discutir a delicada situa\u00e7\u00e3o que o pa\u00eds est\u00e1 passando.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Neste contexto, o ex-presidente da Col\u00f4mbia, \u00c1lvaro Uribe, destacou sobre a influ\u00eancia da pandemia no empobrecimento da popula\u00e7\u00e3o e que os esfor\u00e7os do atual governo n\u00e3o foram suficientes.
