Pr\u00f3xima ano, de acordo com o Gartner, a atividade global de fus\u00f5es e aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es no setor ultrapassar\u00e1 2018&#8243;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na mesma linha, <\/span><b>Max Azaham<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, diretor s\u00eanior de pesquisa do Gartner, destaca que \u201cas condi\u00e7\u00f5es de mercado para fazer neg\u00f3cios continuar\u00e3o a melhorar \u00e0 medida que a volatilidade derivada do COVID-19 diminui\u201d.
