{"id":24903,"date":"2021-08-07T05:58:30","date_gmt":"2021-08-07T10:58:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.funiber.org\/pt\/?p=24903"},"modified":"2021-08-06T05:58:42","modified_gmt":"2021-08-06T10:58:42","slug":"funiber-projetos-formacao","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.funiber.blog\/pt\/formacao-professores\/2021\/08\/07\/funiber-projetos-formacao","title":{"rendered":"Projetos de forma\u00e7\u00e3o para a presen\u00e7a feminina"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><b>V\u00e1rios projetos de forma\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00eam sido realizados para promover a presen\u00e7a feminina no mundo STEAM.<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">H\u00e1 quase um ano a Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Telef\u00f3nica, junto com a Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda de Llanos, conduz um projeto de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o e apoio integral com o objetivo de melhorar a empregabilidade digital das mulheres em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de vulnerabilidade e viol\u00eancia de g\u00eanero.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><b>Programa\u00e7\u00e3o da Web<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2018Programa\u00e7\u00e3o Web\u2019 \u00e9 o nome com o qual este projeto de treinamento foi desenvolvido. Que foi lan\u00e7ado atrav\u00e9s do \u2018Espacio Mujer Madrid EMMA\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desta forma, um grupo de mulheres que vivenciaram situa\u00e7\u00f5es delicadas no ambiente familiar recebeu uma <\/span><b>forma\u00e7\u00e3o de cerca de 560 horas.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como afirma um artigo publicado no<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.elmundofinanciero.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> El Mundo Financiero<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201ca grande particularidade e interesse deste curso \u00e9 que se dirige a mulheres com situa\u00e7\u00f5es de vida complexas e a grande maioria das quais n\u00e3o tinha conhecimentos pr\u00e9vios de programa\u00e7\u00e3o e desenvolvimento web\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os alunos de diferentes idades que fizeram parte deste projeto aprenderam <\/span><b>aspectos relacionados<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e0 programa\u00e7\u00e3o web.
