Nas miss\u00f5es que surgem, os usu\u00e1rios n\u00e3o realizam apenas o treinamento da mem\u00f3ria: o videogame prop\u00f5e exerc\u00edcios e tarefas de relaxamento que podem ser extrapoladas para a vida do pr\u00f3prio jogador, \u00e0 medida que progridem durante as oito semanas de dura\u00e7\u00e3o do jogo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De acordo com estudos preliminares, os resultados desta iniciativa s\u00e3o promissores. \u201cAs pessoas que o tomaram obtiveram melhorias significativas em sua sa\u00fade geral percebida, seu funcionamento f\u00edsico, seu funcionamento social e sua sa\u00fade mental. Al\u00e9m disso, ficaram muito satisfeitos\u201d, afirma um dos precursores do videogame, Fernando Lino V\u00e1zquez.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gamapea \u00e9 especialmente indicado para pessoas na idade adulta, 45 anos ou mais.
