{"id":25023,"date":"2021-08-28T09:38:13","date_gmt":"2021-08-28T14:38:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.funiber.org\/pt\/?p=25023"},"modified":"2021-08-27T10:34:37","modified_gmt":"2021-08-27T15:34:37","slug":"funiber-deficiencia-inclusao","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.funiber.blog\/pt\/formacao-professores\/2021\/08\/28\/funiber-deficiencia-inclusao","title":{"rendered":"Mundo digital e alunos com defici\u00eancia, manual de inclus\u00e3o"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><b>A Funda\u00e7\u00e3o ONCE e o Comit\u00ea Espanhol de Representantes de Pessoas com Defici\u00eancia (CERMI) publicaram recentemente um guia para facilitar o acesso a tecnologias para alunos com defici\u00eancia.<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As dificuldades enfrentadas pelos alunos com defici\u00eancia a cada ano levaram a iniciativas de apoio como o &#8220;Guia de Acessibilidade para a digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de salas de aula&#8221;.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/fundaciononce.es\/es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Funda\u00e7\u00e3o ONCE<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e o <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cermi.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CERMI<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">enfatizam que o advento da tecnologia trouxe m\u00faltiplos benef\u00edcios aos alunos, mas lembram que sua ampla utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o pode favorecer a exclus\u00e3o de alunos com defici\u00eancia. \u201cMuitas vezes o uso das tecnologias de informa\u00e7\u00e3o e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o se configuram para quem n\u00e3o tem nenhum problema em suas capacidades f\u00edsicas, sensoriais ou intelectuais\u201d, denunciam ambas as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al\u00e9m das recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es do manual em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao design da sala de aula e do ambiente, o documento foca na acessibilidade digital.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cA acessibilidade digital deve ser entendida como um conjunto de princ\u00edpios e t\u00e9cnicas que devem ser respeitados na concep\u00e7\u00e3o, constru\u00e7\u00e3o, manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o de sites, aplicativos para dispositivos m\u00f3veis e conte\u00fado virtual para que possam ser utilizados por pessoas com defici\u00eancia\u201d, destacam os autores do manual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A correta aplica\u00e7\u00e3o deste termo implica que os alunos se movimentem na rede com os elementos de suporte de que necessitam, como, por exemplo, leitura de voz, legendas, l\u00edngua de sinais, leitura f\u00e1cil, cores contrastantes ou pictogramas, entre outras ferramentas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incentivar o uso das TIC para todos os alunos, de acordo com suas habilidades, \u00e9 um dos desafios da educa\u00e7\u00e3o inclusiva. A <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/es.unesco.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unesco<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> define esse termo como o \u201cdireito de todos os alunos de receber uma educa\u00e7\u00e3o de qualidade que atenda \u00e0s suas necessidades b\u00e1sicas de aprendizagem e enrique\u00e7a suas vidas\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.funiber.org\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FUNIBER<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> patrocina uma ampla variedade de programas universit\u00e1rios com o objetivo de oferecer aos profissionais a forma\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria para adaptar os m\u00e9todos de aprendizagem \u00e0s necessidades de cada aluno.
