As op\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o infinitas, mas n\u00e3o s\u00e3o igualmente pr\u00e1ticas para todos.\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A web <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.educaciontrespuntocero.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Educa\u00e7\u00e3o 3.0<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> detalha v\u00e1rias estrat\u00e9gias para alcan\u00e7ar a m\u00e1xima efic\u00e1cia ao estudar, embora avise que n\u00e3o existe uma f\u00f3rmula universal para assimilar grandes quantidades de dados e informa\u00e7\u00f5es.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uma dessas estrat\u00e9gias \u00e9 conhecida como o <\/span><b>\u201cM\u00e9todo Cornell\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e envolve dividir uma p\u00e1gina em quatro se\u00e7\u00f5es distintas: t\u00edtulo, conceitos-chave, notas de classe e resumo. Ap\u00f3s indicar o t\u00edtulo, o aluno deve dividir a p\u00e1gina em duas colunas: no lado esquerdo ele deve indicar os conceitos-chave e no lado direito as notas da classe. Na parte inferior da folha deve ser reservado um espa\u00e7o para um breve resumo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Outra t\u00e9cnica, conhecida como <\/span><b>\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.funiber.blog\/pt\/formacao-professores\/2019\/09\/29\/funiber-palacio-memoria\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pal\u00e1cio da mem\u00f3ria<\/a><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d ou<\/span><b> \u201cm\u00e9todo loci\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, visa aumentar a capacidade de reten\u00e7\u00e3o e consiste, de acordo com o site acima mencionado, na \u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cria\u00e7\u00e3o mental de um espa\u00e7o (pode ser um pal\u00e1cio ou um apartamento) com diferentes salas que abrigam as informa\u00e7\u00f5es a serem lembradas\u201d<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><b>\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.funiber.blog\/pt\/formacao-professores\/2018\/11\/27\/funiber-tecnica-pomodoro\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">T\u00e9cnica Pomodoro<\/a><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d \u00e9 outra op\u00e7\u00e3o para os estudantes, que visa uma melhor gest\u00e3o do tempo. Esta estrat\u00e9gia divide os intensos tempos de estudo em intervalos de 25 minutos com intervalos de 5 minutos.
