Adicionar exerc\u00edcios de resist\u00eancia, com halteres por exemplo, tamb\u00e9m ajuda. Nesse tipo de treinamento de for\u00e7a, os m\u00fasculos se contraem e estimulam as c\u00e9lulas \u00f3sseas para torn\u00e1-las mais fortes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Outros tipos de atividades que aumentam a densidade \u00f3ssea s\u00e3o aquelas que envolvem velocidade e mudan\u00e7a de dire\u00e7\u00e3o.
