Com o corte de funcion\u00e1rios durante a pandemia, as empresas est\u00e3o se recuperando e procurando talentos digitais.<\/h2>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Os departamentos de marketing foram for\u00e7ados a fazer grandes cortes de funcion\u00e1rios durante a pandemia, mas agora est\u00e3o se concentrando na expans\u00e3o de suas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es. Durante 2020, um em cada 10 profissionais de marketing foi demitido e 12,7% foram demitidos. Desde ent\u00e3o, houve um maior crescimento. Na verdade, cerca de 47% dos participantes da pesquisa IPA Bellwether disseram que planejam contratar mais funcion\u00e1rios nos pr\u00f3ximos tr\u00eas meses. Apenas 8% dos entrevistados preveem a perda de empregos em suas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es. Essas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e3o procurando funcion\u00e1rios para preencher lacunas de habilidades e impulsionar o crescimento em tempos p\u00f3s-pandemia. Infelizmente, encontrar esse talento pode ser um desafio.
