Mas at\u00e9 agora n\u00e3o se sabia at\u00e9 que ponto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os resultados do estudo fornecem dados que estimam em <\/span><b>doze sess\u00f5es as necess\u00e1rias para vislumbrar resultados.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O estudo, liderado por <\/span><b>Sylvie Belleville<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, professora de psicologia da Universidade de Montreal no Canad\u00e1, foi publicado na revista Alzheimer&#8217;s &amp; Dementia: The Journal of the Alzheimer&#8217;s Association<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De acordo com os especialistas, \u201cat\u00e9 agora, o n\u00famero de sess\u00f5es ou doses necess\u00e1rias para obter um efeito ideal era desconhecido\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Como determinar a dose necess\u00e1ria para o exerc\u00edcio?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Belleville diz que, como nos estudos farmacol\u00f3gicos, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio \u201cdefinir a dose ideal de tratamento necess\u00e1ria para observar os efeitos esperados\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para completar os resultados, eles analisaram 749 participantes que receberam uma s\u00e9rie de controles destinados a prevenir o decl\u00ednio cognitivo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por outro lado, a<\/span><b> singularidade de cada indiv\u00edduo deve ser enfatizada ao estabelecer diretrizes de<\/b> <b>treinamento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os pesquisadores avaliaram os efeitos das sess\u00f5es de acordo com a idade, sexo, n\u00edvel educacional, estado cognitivo e f\u00edsico de cada pessoa.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em seguida, foi analisada a rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre a dose recebida e sua melhora cognitiva.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A partir desses resultados<\/span><b>, entre 12 e 14 sess\u00f5es foram deduzidas, conforme apropriado<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, exceto no caso de certos participantes com n\u00edveis de educa\u00e7\u00e3o mais baixos ou fatores de risco de fragilidade, que exigiram um n\u00famero maior de sess\u00f5es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Neste sentido, a <\/span><b>JAM Sports<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, juntamente com a<\/span><b> Universidad Europea del Atl\u00e1ntico <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e a <\/span><b>Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Universit\u00e1ria Iberoamericana (FUNIBER<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), <\/span><b>est\u00e3o organizando o 8\u00ba Congresso Internacional de Reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o e Preven\u00e7\u00e3o de Les\u00f5es em Atividade F\u00edsica e Esporte, e o 6\u00ba Congresso de Sa\u00fade e Exerc\u00edcio F\u00edsico<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estes congressos ser\u00e3o realizados on-line <\/span><b>entre 1\u00ba e 10 de abril de 2022<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
