Os especialistas recomendam diminuir o ritmo do exerc\u00edcio gradualmente para evitar um fim repentino. <\/span><b>Montserrat Ruiz-Olivares, secret\u00e1rio geral do CPFCM,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> explica que &#8220;\u00e9 importante n\u00e3o parar de repente quando vamos terminar de praticar esportes, mas faz\u00ea-lo progressivamente, reduzindo o ritmo, respirando profundamente e tentando caminhar alguns metros para diminuir o ritmo card\u00edaco e relaxar&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Exerc\u00edcios recomendados<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para promover a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o muscular, recomenda-se a seguinte rotina de exerc\u00edcios:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Colocar as m\u00e3os e os joelhos no ch\u00e3o e leve uma perna para frente, descansando o p\u00e9 sobre o ch\u00e3o. Depois troque de pernas e, finalmente, levante os quadris sem tirar as m\u00e3os do ch\u00e3o.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deite-se de bru\u00e7os no ch\u00e3o, depois coloque suas m\u00e3os no ch\u00e3o e levante o tronco, voltado para cima. Continuando com as m\u00e3os no ch\u00e3o, levante os gl\u00fateos para cima, criando uma esp\u00e9cie de arco com seu corpo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sem tirar as m\u00e3os e os p\u00e9s do ch\u00e3o, incline seu corpo para frente e para tr\u00e1s na ponta dos dedos dos p\u00e9s para esticar a panturrilha.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sente-se no ch\u00e3o com suas pernas dobradas para tr\u00e1s, para que seus gl\u00fateos descansem sobre seus calcanhares e seus quadr\u00edceps se recuperem.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Traga o tronco para frente, mantendo as pernas dobradas, e tente esticar os bra\u00e7os para fora, tocando o ch\u00e3o o m\u00e1ximo poss\u00edvel.
