Este grupo \u00e9 o maior grupo geracional, constituindo 32% da popula\u00e7\u00e3o mundial. Hoje, 59% dos membros da Gera\u00e7\u00e3o Z em idade universit\u00e1ria est\u00e3o na faculdade, enquanto apenas 32% dos membros da Gera\u00e7\u00e3o X obtiveram um diploma universit\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p>Como esta gera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 diferente de seus antecessores?<\/p>\n<p>Essa gera\u00e7\u00e3o cresceu em uma cultura no local de trabalho que incentiva os trabalhadores a trabalhar longas horas e trabalhar duro para seus empregadores, porque isso os ajudar\u00e1 a ganhar mais e possivelmente a serem promovidos. Eles viram os trabalhadores esgotados, t\u00eam pouca flexibilidade para trabalhar em casa ou alterar seus hor\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O que eles querem de seus empregadores<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A Gera\u00e7\u00e3o Z procura as seguintes coisas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>um sal\u00e1rio inicial mais alto (isso \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio porque a infla\u00e7\u00e3o continua a subir)<\/li>\n<li>a op\u00e7\u00e3o de trabalhar remotamente<\/li>\n<li>uma empresa que se preocupa com o seu bem-estar geral e sa\u00fade mental<\/li>\n<li>um bom equil\u00edbrio entre trabalho e vida pessoal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Como a pandemia os afetou?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Muitos desses indiv\u00edduos entraram na for\u00e7a de trabalho quando era virtual. Isso fez com que alguns indiv\u00edduos se sentissem desconectados de seus colegas de trabalho porque n\u00e3o conseguiam estabelecer relacionamentos pessoalmente. Mas alguns membros da Gera\u00e7\u00e3o Z desfrutam da flexibilidade de trabalhar em casa e querem continuar essa din\u00e2mica.<\/p>\n<p>A Gera\u00e7\u00e3o Z quer aproveitar seu trabalho enquanto ganha uma renda decente e aceitar\u00e1 empregos que lhes permitam faz\u00ea-lo.<\/p>\n<p>As pessoas que est\u00e3o mais interessadas em aprender sobre o mundo dos neg\u00f3cios de hoje podem ampliar seus conhecimentos participando de um programa acad\u00eamico patrocinado pela FUNIBER.
