Isso afeta a qualidade \u00e9tica dentro da cultura da empresa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por outro lado, as empresas que possuem um canal de den\u00fancia eficaz s\u00e3o capazes de transmitir melhor a conformidade regulat\u00f3ria de seus funcion\u00e1rios. Da mesma forma, os processos s\u00e3o realizados de forma mais eficiente e \u00e1gil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desta forma, uma cultura empresarial \u00e9tica traz consigo m\u00faltiplos benef\u00edcios para as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es.
