Para o ano 2030, o planeta poderia ter 8,5 bilh\u00f5es de pessoas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>O estudo,<strong> <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/development\/desa\/pd\/sites\/www.un.org.development.desa.pd\/files\/wpp2022_summary_of_results.pdf?utm_source=DesignTAXI&amp;utm_medium=DesignTAXI&amp;utm_term=DesignTAXI&amp;utm_content=DesignTAXI&amp;utm_campaign=DesignTAXI\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">World Population Prospects 2022: Summary of Results<\/a>, <\/em><\/strong>\u00e9 uma proje\u00e7\u00e3o realizada pelo Departamento de Assuntos Econ\u00f4micos e Sociais das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas, Divis\u00e3o de Popula\u00e7\u00e3o, que pode conter erros. Por\u00e9m, mesmo com as margens de erro consideradas, o aumento da popula\u00e7\u00e3o j\u00e1 \u00e9 uma realidade.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resultados do estudo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para o ano 2050, as Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas projetam que a popula\u00e7\u00e3o poder\u00e1 chegar a 9,7 bilh\u00f5es de pessoas, e para 2100, 10,4 bilh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo os estudos, o crescimento populacional \u00e9 causado em parte pelo decaimento dos n\u00edveis de mortalidade, e de maneira refletida, no aumento das expectativas de vida ao nascer. Globalmente, a expectativa de vida atingiu 72,8 anos em 2019, um aumento de quase 9 anos desde 1990.<\/p>\n<p>Prev\u00ea-se que novas redu\u00e7\u00f5es na mortalidade resultem em uma longevidade m\u00e9dia global de cerca de 77,2 anos em 2050.<\/p>\n<p>O estudo ressalta, por\u00e9m, que \u201ca maior parte do aumento da popula\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 2050 ser\u00e1 impulsionada pelo \u00edmpeto do crescimento passado\u201d, por isso, \u201cnovas a\u00e7\u00f5es por Governos com o objetivo de reduzir a fecundidade pouco fariam para desacelerar o ritmo de crescimento entre agora e meados do s\u00e9culo, al\u00e9m da desacelera\u00e7\u00e3o gradual indicada pelas proje\u00e7\u00f5es aqui apresentadas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desafios<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O apoio \u00e0 fecundidade e o r\u00e1pido crescimento populacional apresentam desafios para o desenvolvimento sustent\u00e1vel.
