A doutora Nazareth Castellanos, neurocient\u00edfica, afirma que \u201cna \u00faltima d\u00e9cada, come\u00e7amos a reconhecer a incr\u00edvel relev\u00e2ncia da respira\u00e7\u00e3o, que a pouco tempo atr\u00e1s estava inadvertida para a neuroci\u00eancia, em nosso bem-estar, cogni\u00e7\u00e3o e emo\u00e7\u00f5es\u201d, explica para o jornal El Pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Como pr\u00e1tica regular na escola, a pr\u00e1tica pode ajudar:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Tranquilizar as crian\u00e7as atrav\u00e9s de exerc\u00edcios de respira\u00e7\u00e3o e medita\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Melhorar a aten\u00e7\u00e3o e a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o, que ajudar\u00e1 durante as aulas.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Trabalhar o autoconhecimento. As posturas fazem com que cada um conhe\u00e7a melhor o corpo, desenvolver a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o motora e o equil\u00edbrio.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Diminuir a ansiedade e o estresse, melhorando os estados de \u00e2nimo e a sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de bem-estar.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Resolver conflitos ao ajudar a controlar emo\u00e7\u00f5es como ansiedade, ira e outros impulsos emocionais.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para realizar os exerc\u00edcios, \u00e9 importante contar com um espa\u00e7o tranquilo, sem muitas distra\u00e7\u00f5es como barulhos e desordem. Contar com luz natural, temperatura agrad\u00e1vel e alguma m\u00fasica relaxante ajudar\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m a criar uma atmosfera mais tranquila, que favore\u00e7a as pr\u00e1ticas de yoga.<\/p>\n<p>Por outro lado, \u00e9 importante n\u00e3o for\u00e7ar e optar por uma forma de ensinar yoga de maneira mais l\u00fadica, com jogos e hist\u00f3rias que sejam adequadas para a faixa et\u00e1ria com que se trabalha.
