Al\u00e9m disso, desses 23 milh\u00f5es, pelo menos 17 s\u00e3o dedicados ao cultivo: tr\u00eas quartos s\u00e3o destinados ao cultivo de sequeiro e um quarto \u00e0 irriga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tecnologia e agricultura<\/strong><br \/>\nA VisualNacert \u00e9 uma start-up que possui uma plataforma tecnol\u00f3gica, respons\u00e1vel pela gest\u00e3o do processo de cultivo. A sua capacidade permite detectar as necessidades de uma explora\u00e7\u00e3o agr\u00edcola. Ela consegue isso contribuindo para a efici\u00eancia da produ\u00e7\u00e3o, economia de \u00e1gua e seguran\u00e7a alimentar.<\/p>\n<p>Mercedes Iborra \u00e9 cofundadora da VisualNacert, diretora de estrat\u00e9gia e terceira gera\u00e7\u00e3o de agricultores de sua fam\u00edlia. Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos quase 600.000 agricultores espanh\u00f3is, Iborra destaca que eles precisam de ferramentas que os ajudem a ser mais sustent\u00e1veis, a produzir alimentos de maior qualidade e, sobretudo, reduzir custos.<\/p>\n<p>Entre as tecnologias utilizadas pela VisualNacert, destacam-se os sat\u00e9lites. Estes consistem em mapas de calor que fornecem informa\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas ao estado das culturas. Os agricultores podem verificar como est\u00e1 o seu campo a cada quatro dias para determinar se as plantas est\u00e3o sendo regadas adequadamente. Segundo Iborra, \u201cquando os sat\u00e9lites detectam uma temperatura anormal, sabemos que algo n\u00e3o vai bem\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Economizando \u00e1gua<\/strong><br \/>\nSensores complementares ajudam a gerar mais informa\u00e7\u00f5es. Eles s\u00e3o instalados no campo e s\u00e3o \u00fateis para medir as condi\u00e7\u00f5es do solo, da planta e do ambiente. Por meio de notifica\u00e7\u00f5es m\u00f3veis, os agricultores podem acessar os dados coletados.<\/p>\n<p>Gra\u00e7as ao uso dessa tecnologia, Ibarra destaca que at\u00e9 40% da \u00e1gua est\u00e1 sendo economizada em algumas lavouras.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, deve-se notar que a FUNIBER patrocina v\u00e1rios programas universit\u00e1rios para aprender mais sobre tecnologia e intelig\u00eancia artificial.
