Nos \u00faltimos anos, a m\u00fasica tamb\u00e9m vem sendo usada nos treinos esportivos, principalmente naqueles em que se usa a for\u00e7a muscular.<\/p>\n<p>Um estudo publicado recentemente na revista<a href=\"https:\/\/www.riped-online.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em> Ibero-American Journal of Exercise and Sports Psychology<\/em><\/a> analisou a trav\u00e9s de uma base de dados, pesquisas que usavam a m\u00fasica para o desempenho esportivo na for\u00e7a muscular.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s pesquisar 1976 artigos, o autor do estudo, <a title=\"Julio Cesar Guedea\" href=\"https:\/\/www.riped-online.com\/author\/julio-cesar-guedea-21657\">Julio Cesar Guedea<\/a>, inclui na mostra 13 estudos que cumpriam com os crit\u00e9rios estabelecidos. Embora a mostra seja pequena, o pesquisador indica que a m\u00fasica pode ser considerada uma ajuda j\u00e1 que encontrou efeitos ergog\u00eanicos para a resist\u00eancia muscular, mas n\u00e3o para a for\u00e7a m\u00e1xima.<\/p>\n<p>Por\u00e9m, o ritmo da m\u00fasica pode influenciar.
