Para chegar a esta conclus\u00e3o, avaliaram os h\u00e1bitos de 956 crian\u00e7as, de idade entre 3 a 6 anos, tanto meninos como meninas.<\/p>\n<p>Na observa\u00e7\u00e3o, mediram as rela\u00e7\u00f5es entre a velocidade de ingest\u00e3o das tr\u00eas comidas principais, o consumo de uma dieta mediterr\u00e2nea, o risco de apresentar sobrepeso ou obesidade, n\u00edveis de tens\u00e3o arterial, e outros fatores de risco cardiometab\u00f3lico.<\/p>\n<p>As crian\u00e7as que se alimentavam mais r\u00e1pido comiam alimentos considerados menos saud\u00e1veis como s\u00e3o os ultraprocessados. Como se sabe, s\u00e3o alimentos com um conte\u00fado energ\u00e9tico alto que podem levar ao aumento de peso.<\/p>\n<p>Os alimentos processados levam sabores artificiais que atraem as crian\u00e7as, e possivelmente, ativando a vontade de comer.<\/p>\n<p>Os pesquisadores do estudo ressaltam a import\u00e2ncia de oferecer uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel, e h\u00e1bitos que permitam a ingest\u00e3o de forma pausada e consciente.
