O governo espanhol tem propostas de mudan\u00e7as alimentares que beneficiar\u00e3o tanto as pessoas quanto o meio ambiente.<\/p>\n<p>A Ag\u00eancia Espanhola de Seguran\u00e7a Alimentar e Nutricional (AESAN) promove as boas pr\u00e1ticas relacionadas com a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o. O comit\u00ea cient\u00edfico da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o tem investigado dietas sustent\u00e1veis, saud\u00e1veis \u200b\u200be acess\u00edveis \u00e0 sociedade.<\/p>\n<p>A pecu\u00e1ria \u00e9 uma das maiores fontes de emiss\u00f5es de carbono. A carne vermelha \u00e9 especialmente destrutiva. O governo recomenda reduzir o consumo de carne vermelha e optar por peixe ou frango. Embora mudar repentinamente a dieta seja dif\u00edcil, a AESAN recomenda aumentar gradualmente o consumo de legumes e nozes, que s\u00e3o fontes de prote\u00edna mais ecol\u00f3gicas, enquanto diminui a ingest\u00e3o de carne.<\/p>\n<p>A AESAN tem orienta\u00e7\u00f5es para que a popula\u00e7\u00e3o tenha uma vida mais saud\u00e1vel. Comer mais frutas e vegetais \u00e9 bom para voc\u00ea e bom para o meio ambiente se vierem de uma fonte sustent\u00e1vel. Reduzir o consumo de latic\u00ednios pode ser uma op\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel e reduzir\u00e1 sua pegada de carbono.<\/p>\n<p>O relat\u00f3rio aconselha que os adultos fa\u00e7am entre 150 e 300 minutos de atividade f\u00edsica por semana e que as crian\u00e7as fa\u00e7am uma hora por dia. \u00c9 claro que o exerc\u00edcio traz muitos benef\u00edcios pessoais, mas, al\u00e9m desses, h\u00e1 benef\u00edcios ambientais. Manter um peso saud\u00e1vel significa consumir menos, e optar por andar de bicicleta ou caminhar ao inv\u00e9s de dirigir reduzir\u00e1 as emiss\u00f5es de carbono.<\/p>\n<p>Embora as recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es da AESAN fossem dirigidas aos espanh\u00f3is, essas ideias podem ser aplicadas a qualquer pessoa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A FUNIBER patrocina in\u00fameros programas relacionados \u00e0 sa\u00fade e ao meio ambiente.
