S\u00e3o uma excelente op\u00e7\u00e3o de lanche ou petisco, pois s\u00e3o pr\u00e1ticos, acess\u00edveis e repletos de nutrientes que contribuem para um estilo de vida saud\u00e1vel. Esse \u00e9 um alimento rico em \u00e1cidos graxos, prote\u00ednas, fibras e polifen\u00f3is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um estudo recente analisou os efeitos do amendoim na sa\u00fade vascular, especificamente em pessoas jovens e saud\u00e1veis. Durante um per\u00edodo de seis meses, uma por\u00e7\u00e3o di\u00e1ria de produtos de amendoim foi adicionada \u00e0 sua dieta regular. Os resultados foram surpreendentes, pois foi observada melhora dos marcadores vasculares relacionados aos efeitos antitromb\u00f3ticos e vasodilatadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Resultados do estudo<br><\/strong>O consumo de amendoim demonstrou um aumento significativo nos n\u00edveis urin\u00e1rios de metab\u00f3litos fen\u00f3licos, que s\u00e3o compostos antioxidantes presentes nos amendoins. Al\u00e9m disso, foi observada melhora nos n\u00edveis de prostaciclina I2 e na rela\u00e7\u00e3o tromboxano A2-prostaciclina I2, que s\u00e3o marcadores de sa\u00fade vascular. Estes resultados suportam a hip\u00f3tese de que os polifen\u00f3is presentes no amendoim t\u00eam efeitos protetores em doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares, gra\u00e7as \u00e0s suas propriedades antioxidantes e anti-inflamat\u00f3rias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A import\u00e2ncia de mais pesquisas<br><\/strong>\u00c9 importante ressaltar que este estudo \u00e9 mais um passo na compreens\u00e3o dos benef\u00edcios vasculares do consumo de amendoim para a sa\u00fade, mas s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias mais pesquisas para aprofundar os mecanismos por tr\u00e1s desses efeitos positivos. No entanto, acrescenta \u00e0s evid\u00eancias existentes que ligam o consumo de frutos secos, incluindo amendoim, a um menor risco de desenvolver doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares e diabetes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O estudo foi realizado no \u00e2mbito do projeto Arist\u00f3teles, que busca analisar os efeitos prebi\u00f3ticos e p\u00f3s-bi\u00f3ticos do consumo de produtos \u00e0 base de amendoim.
