A leucina, entre outros amino\u00e1cidos, ativa cascatas de sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o celular que aumentam a MPS. Estudos demonstraram que a disponibilidade de amino\u00e1cidos essenciais no corpo, por meio da ingest\u00e3o oral ou intravenosa de prote\u00ednas, estimula a MPS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A import\u00e2ncia do consumo de prote\u00edna ap\u00f3s o exerc\u00edcio<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Embora o exerc\u00edcio de resist\u00eancia em um estado de jejum possa estimular a MPS por si s\u00f3, a ingest\u00e3o de prote\u00ednas ap\u00f3s o exerc\u00edcio aumenta ainda mais essa resposta.
