Ao considerar a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de alimentos condimentados com ervas e especiarias, com baixo teor de s\u00f3dio e gorduras saturadas, entre 25% e 100% dos consumidores regulares, foi estimada uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o significativa na ingest\u00e3o de gorduras saturadas entre 2,9% e 11,4%; de s\u00f3dio, entre 3,2% e 11,5%; de a\u00e7\u00facares adicionados, entre 0,5% e 2,7%. Essa abordagem resultou em uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o na ingest\u00e3o desses ingredientes pouco saud\u00e1veis sem comprometer a aceitabilidade dos consumidores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, foram realizados testes de degusta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s cegas para avaliar a aceitabilidade das receitas reformuladas. Os resultados mostraram que sete das dez receitas que usaram ervas e especiarias como condimento receberam classifica\u00e7\u00f5es de sabor superiores ou iguais \u00e0s receitas originais, demonstrando que o uso de ervas e especiarias n\u00e3o apenas melhora a nutri\u00e7\u00e3o como tamb\u00e9m garante uma experi\u00eancia culin\u00e1ria deliciosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este estudo fornece fortes evid\u00eancias de que o uso de ervas e especiarias pode ser uma estrat\u00e9gia efetiva para reduzir a ingest\u00e3o de ingredientes alimentares prejudiciais e, ao mesmo tempo, melhorar o sabor dos alimentos reformulados.
