A campanha foi criada em 2016 para destacar o impacto positivo do consumo de leguminosas, pelos valores nutricionais que oferecem para a sa\u00fade, e como uma medida importante para promover a agricultura sustent\u00e1vel, alcan\u00e7ar a seguran\u00e7a alimentar, reduzir a desnutri\u00e7\u00e3o e alcan\u00e7ar um mundo com #ZeroFome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qual a import\u00e2ncia das leguminosas?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As leguminosas proporcionam valor nutricional, seguran\u00e7a alimentar e benef\u00edcios ambientais. Na nutri\u00e7\u00e3o destacamos alguns dos seus benef\u00edcios:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 As leguminosas s\u00e3o uma excelente fonte de prote\u00ednas vegetais. 100 gramas de lentilhas secas cont\u00eam 25 gramas de prote\u00edna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 T\u00eam baixo teor de gordura, s\u00f3dio e n\u00e3o cont\u00eam colesterol.
