Este estudo tamb\u00e9m aborda o impacto de diversas vari\u00e1veis de prescri\u00e7\u00e3o, como carga, s\u00e9ries, frequ\u00eancia, intervalos de descanso, tipo de a\u00e7\u00e3o muscular e velocidade. Portanto, o objetivo desta pesquisa foi determinar o impacto do treino de resist\u00eancia e das vari\u00e1veis individuais da prescri\u00e7\u00e3o de TF sobre a massa muscular, a for\u00e7a e a fun\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica em adultos saud\u00e1veis com mais de 18 anos de idade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Resultados de pesquisas sobre treino de for\u00e7a <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com o estudo, o treino de for\u00e7a \u00e9 um est\u00edmulo crucial para aumentar a massa muscular esquel\u00e9tica, a for\u00e7a e a fun\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com a aus\u00eancia de exerc\u00edcios. O volume de TF \u00e9 importante para a for\u00e7a muscular, bem como para os ganhos hipertr\u00f3ficos. A carga do TF, a frequ\u00eancia semanal e a ordem dos exerc\u00edcios influenciam o aumento da for\u00e7a muscular induzido pelo TF, mas n\u00e3o a hipertrofia muscular.
