Esta pr\u00e1tica \u00e9 conhecida como &#8220;jejum intermitente&#8221;.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Muitas pessoas acreditam que, ao seguir este padr\u00e3o alimentar, conseguem controlar o peso e melhorar a sa\u00fade cardiovascular. No entanto, uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o recente apresentada numa reuni\u00e3o da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Americana do Cora\u00e7\u00e3o revela efeitos preocupantes a longo prazo deste padr\u00e3o alimentar.
