Trinta e quatro participantes n\u00e3o lesionados realizaram estas tarefas de salto em ambas as pernas antes e depois de um protocolo de fadiga, com uma perna a experimentar o protocolo. Os investigadores mediram os momentos de pico, a pot\u00eancia e o trabalho das articula\u00e7\u00f5es da anca, do joelho e do tornozelo durante a fase de salto, e avaliaram o desempenho do salto e as assimetrias bilaterais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Resultados relevantes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O estudo concluiu que os saltos com uma s\u00f3 perna para tr\u00e1s exigiam mais da articula\u00e7\u00e3o do joelho em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com os saltos para a frente e verticais, independentemente da perna e da fadiga. No entanto, os participantes demonstraram uma menor tens\u00e3o na anca e no tornozelo nos saltos para tr\u00e1s em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com os saltos para a frente e verticais antes da fadiga. Al\u00e9m disso, verificou-se que o protocolo de fadiga tinha um impacto significativo no desempenho do salto e na mec\u00e2nica dos membros inferiores.
