Nesta d\u00e9cima primeira edi\u00e7\u00e3o, milh\u00f5es de pessoas em diferentes pa\u00edses participam durante todo o fim de semana de eventos para destacar a import\u00e2ncia do yoga em nossa vida di\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este ano, as Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas escolheram o tema para comemorar a data: &#8220;Yoga: Um Planeta, Uma Sa\u00fade&#8221;, enfatizando que o bem-estar pessoal e a sa\u00fade do planeta est\u00e3o inextricavelmente ligados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In\u00fameras sess\u00f5es de ioga ao ar livre s\u00e3o programadas em parques, praias e cidades ao redor do mundo. Ao longo do dia, workshops virtuais e sess\u00f5es on-line tamb\u00e9m expandem o alcance das festividades, tornando o Yoga acess\u00edvel a um p\u00fablico global mais amplo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde a \u00e1rea de A\u00e7\u00e3o Social da FUNIBER, celebramos o dia e a pr\u00e1tica do Yoga, que re\u00fane conhecimentos ancestrais e busca a paz e o cuidado com a sa\u00fade f\u00edsica e mental por meio de posturas corporais, medita\u00e7\u00e3o e respira\u00e7\u00e3o consciente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yoga e seus benef\u00edcios para a sa\u00fade<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pr\u00e1tica de yoga n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas uma tradi\u00e7\u00e3o antiga, mas tamb\u00e9m tem sido objeto de in\u00fameros estudos cient\u00edficos que comprovam seus muitos benef\u00edcios \u00e0 sa\u00fade.
