De acordo com o estudo, os alunos entre 10 e 12 anos dedicam cerca de duas horas por dia a essas plataformas, e a supervis\u00e3o dos pais foi insuficiente e ineficaz. Foi identificada uma correla\u00e7\u00e3o inversa significativa entre o n\u00famero de redes utilizadas e as horas de consumo com o desempenho escolar, o que aponta para um impacto cognitivo e acad\u00eamico direto Revista Comunicar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diante desse cen\u00e1rio, os pesquisadores implementaram uma interven\u00e7\u00e3o do tipo pr\u00e9-teste e p\u00f3s-teste com uma \u00fanica coorte de 136 alunos.
