Optar por uma marca gen\u00e9rica dilui a for\u00e7a que a\u00a0 nossa marca pode comunicar e prejudica nossa posi\u00e7\u00e3o do ponto de partida.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Como empres\u00e1rio, deve-se considerar que \u00e9 essencial estabelecer um la\u00e7o forte com os clientes, inclusive algumas empresas indicam a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de \u201clovemarks\u201d, ou seguidores comprometidos emocionalmente com a marca. Conseguir se posicionar na mente (ou no cora\u00e7\u00e3o) do consumidor \u00e9 a meta de toda marca, mas nem todos conseguem isso de forma efetiva.<\/p>\n<p>A marca \u00e9 o primeiro ponto de contato com o cliente. Deve-se fazer com que seja um nome curto e que sua constru\u00e7\u00e3o gr\u00e1fica permita expressar certas caracter\u00edsticas do neg\u00f3cio ou do produto que se oferece.<\/p>\n<p>A marca deve possuir um nome curto, que seja pegajoso, de forma que seja f\u00e1cil para os consumidores lembr\u00e1-lo e t\u00ea-lo sempre em mente, acima dos nomes dos produtos concorrentes.<\/p>\n<p>Utilizar um nome gen\u00e9rico pode ser talvez o pior erro de marketing que se pode cometer. Nomes como \u201cCasa de Decora\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d ou \u201cCl\u00ednica odontol\u00f3gica\u201d n\u00e3o comunicar\u00e3o nada a seu cliente, e com muita facilidade o cliente potencial pode optar por comprar em outra loja pela qual sinta maior afinidade.
