A solu\u00e7\u00e3o para este problema surge com a media\u00e7\u00e3o, uma disciplina que busca compreender o comportamento humano para criar um ambiente de harmonia dentro das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Atualmente, a media\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 sendo estendida entre as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es e surgem cada vez mais cursos de forma\u00e7\u00e3o neste \u00e2mbito em diversas Escolas de Psicologia Social.<\/p>\n<p>O conflito na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o pode surgir em diversos n\u00edveis, de situa\u00e7\u00f5es mais simples at\u00e9 situa\u00e7\u00f5es muito complexas, nas quais poderiam intervir inclusive atores de organiza\u00e7\u00f5es diferentes.<\/p>\n<p>No trabalho de media\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o abordadas diferentes \u00f3pticas. Sara Cobb prop\u00f5e uma estrat\u00e9gia na qual n\u00e3o se procura \u201cordenar\u201d \u00e0s partes em conflito, a partir de sua \u00f3ptica, trata-se de obter alguns acordos m\u00ednimos que permitam \u00e0s partes obter certos recursos que lhes permitam solucionar seus conflitos.<\/p>\n<p>O conflito est\u00e1 sempre latente, mas o problema n\u00e3o \u00e9 o conflito em si, mas sim as cren\u00e7as da pessoa, aquelas cren\u00e7as que algu\u00e9m est\u00e1 disposto a defender.<\/p>\n<p>E. de Bono indica que \u201d o conflito surge quando um sistema de cren\u00e7as acredita que os valores dele depreendidos devem ser aplicados em todas as partes e adota a miss\u00e3o de fazer com que isto aconte\u00e7a\u201d.
