Assuntos como a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o, a falta de recursos ou de crit\u00e9rios de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o costumam criar conflitos.<\/p>\n<p>Em n\u00edvel pessoal, os conflitos podem estar relacionados \u00e0s diferentes formas de ver as coisas. Em empresas multinacionais, os conflitos podem se apresentar em fun\u00e7\u00e3o dos valores, enquanto que em empresas familiares os valores costumam ser compartilhados. Os conflitos em n\u00edvel pessoal t\u00eam uma carga emocional muito mais forte, e \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria uma forma\u00e7\u00e3o especial e experi\u00eancia para ajudar a resolv\u00ea-los.<\/p>\n<p>Quando o conflito ocorre em uma empresa familiar, \u00e9 preciso separar os problemas da empresa dos problemas familiares. \u00c9 poss\u00edvel recorrer a facilitadores para resolver os conflitos, mas deve ser considerado que a solu\u00e7\u00e3o de um conflito \u00e9 um assunto pessoal, e cada indiv\u00edduo tem uma forma de abordar um conflito.
