Ao menos estas s\u00e3o as estrat\u00e9gias usadas por jogadores de golfe de um estudo realizado na Argentina, para afrontar o estado de ansiedade das partidas.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>A pesquisa, realizada com 77 jogadores amadores, revelou tamb\u00e9m que quanto maior \u00e9 a ansiedade som\u00e1tica, maior \u00e9 o n\u00edvel de handicap do esportista, e pior ser\u00e1 o rendimento. A ansiedade som\u00e1tica se nota fisicamente em sinais como o aumento da frequ\u00eancia card\u00edaca, a tens\u00e3o muscular e o suor nas m\u00e3os, por exemplo.<\/p>\n<p>Os jogadores de golfe que t\u00eam um pior n\u00edvel de handicap apresentam maiores n\u00edveis de ansiedade som\u00e1tica; enquanto que os que obt\u00eam melhor rendimento esportivo em competi\u00e7\u00e3o apresentam maiores n\u00edveis de autoconfian\u00e7a e recorrem \u00e0 busca de apoio social como estrat\u00e9gia de confronto.<\/p>\n<p>O jogo de golfe, \u00e0 parte de ser um esporte individual, requer alto n\u00edvel de concentra\u00e7\u00e3o e capacidade de manejar bem o estresse do jogo competitivo.
