O pesquisador analisou 17 estudos sobre o tema, publicados em revistas especializadas, e indica que as duas pr\u00e1ticas apresentam benef\u00edcios para reduzir a sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de fadiga e melhorar o desempenho f\u00edsico do esportista.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s analisar os estudos, o Elias aponta num artigo publicado na revista\u00a0Journal of Australian Strength and Conditioning,\u00a0algumas condi\u00e7\u00f5es que tornam as pr\u00e1ticas mais eficazes. Por exemplo, o atleta deve estar ao menos 10 minutos imerso, em ambos m\u00e9todos.<\/p>\n<p>No caso da imers\u00e3o em \u00e1gua fria, a temperatura deve estar entre 10\u00b0C e 15\u00b0C.
