Ruiz apresenta em seu blog cinco componentes b\u00e1sicos da intelig\u00eancia emocional: a autoconsci\u00eancia, autorregula\u00e7\u00e3o, motiva\u00e7\u00e3o, empatia e habilidades sociais.<\/p>\n<p>Ruiz afirma que os supervisores deveriam conhecer formas para desenvolver a intelig\u00eancia emocional na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o para poderem obter um equilibrado e bem-sucedido desenvolvimento da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o especialista, dominar algumas habilidades de intelig\u00eancia emocional pode nos conduzir ao sucesso no mundo empresarial: conhecer e entender a si mesmo, conhecer a origem das emo\u00e7\u00f5es que sentimos, viver de acordo com os nossos princ\u00edpios, manter uma atitude positiva no trabalho, alcan\u00e7ar a capacidade de vencer os medos, assumir riscos e ter a capacidade de motivar e tomar a iniciativa.
