{"id":6997,"date":"2015-05-21T08:55:50","date_gmt":"2015-05-21T08:55:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.funiber.org\/pt\/?p=6997"},"modified":"2015-06-09T08:57:11","modified_gmt":"2015-06-09T08:57:11","slug":"funiber-consumir-graos-integrais-pode-aumentar-a-expectativa-de-vida","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.funiber.blog\/pt\/saude-e-nutricao\/2015\/05\/21\/funiber-consumir-graos-integrais-pode-aumentar-a-expectativa-de-vida","title":{"rendered":"Consumir gr\u00e3os integrais pode aumentar a expectativa de vida"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Um estudo no qual participaram quase 370 mil pessoas, nos Estados Unidos, indica que as pessoas que <strong><a title=\"Fibras e Cereais Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o\" href=\"http:\/\/blogs.funiber.org\/pt\/saude-e-nutricao\/2014\/01\/21\/alimentos-ricos-em-fibra-podem-reduzir-doencas-cardiacas\" target=\"_blank\">comem muitos gr\u00e3os integrais<\/a><\/strong>, como o farelo de cereais ou a <a title=\"Quinoa alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o\" href=\"http:\/\/blogs.funiber.org\/pt\/saude-e-nutricao\/2014\/08\/18\/alimentos-ancestrais-e-seus-beneficios\" target=\"_blank\">quinoa<\/a>, podem viver mais tempo, em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com as pessoas que quase n\u00e3o consomem estes gr\u00e3os.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Participaram do estudo pessoas que tinham entre 50 e 71 anos de idade. Elas forneceram informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre sua alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o por quase 15 anos, desde meados dos anos 90 at\u00e9 2009.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a an\u00e1lise dos resultados do estudo, os pesquisadores conclu\u00edram que as pessoas que <strong>comeram mais fibra tinham 17 por cento menos probabilidades de falecer<\/strong> durante o per\u00edodo do estudo, em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com as que consumiam menos fibra. O consumo de uma maior quantidade de fibra do cereal presente dentro dos gr\u00e3os integrais refletiu diretamente em uma menor quantidade de mortes, casos de c\u00e2ncer e diabetes. Aproximadamente 12% dos participantes (mais de 46 mil pessoas) morreram durante o per\u00edodo de acompanhamento do estudo.<\/p>\n<p>Aqueles que alcan\u00e7aram uma <strong>expectativa de vida mais alta<\/strong> comiam 34 gramas de gr\u00e3os integrais para cada mil calorias consumidas durante o dia (equivalente \u00e0 ingest\u00e3o de 85 gramas de gr\u00e3os integrais, enquanto as pessoas que consumiam menos gr\u00e3os integrais ingeriam cerca de 4 gramas para cada mil calorias (ou 10 gramas por dia), considerando uma dieta de 2.500 calorias por dia em ambos os casos.<\/p>\n<p>Deve-se considerar que a ingest\u00e3o de 85 gramas de gr\u00e3os integrais por dia \u00e9 uma grande quantidade. \u00c9 o equivalente a comer cinco fatias de p\u00e3o integral ou cinco x\u00edcaras de cereais matinais.
