Tamb\u00e9m se deve considerar que h\u00e1 fatores, como <strong>a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o verbal<\/strong>, que t\u00eam um grande impacto na maneira como o receptor recebe a mensagem. Um bom comunicador buscar\u00e1 fazer com que <strong>o emissor e o receptor de uma mensagem se encontrem sintonizados e a mensagem flua sem interfer\u00eancias ou \u201cru\u00eddos\u201d<\/strong>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Albert_Mehrabian\">Albert Mehrabian<\/a>, indica que, no processo de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, 55% da informa\u00e7\u00e3o que se recebe s\u00e3o atribu\u00eddas \u00e0 linguagem corporal (gestos, posturas, movimentos, etc.), 38% correspondem \u00e0 voz e apenas 7% \u00e0 palavra. Portanto, conhecer e controlar a linguagem corporal s\u00e3o fundamentais em nossas rela\u00e7\u00f5es sociais.
