Al\u00e9m disso, ela declara que o consumo destas sementes ajuda a <strong>manter a massa muscular e a regular o colesterol no sangue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>O <a href=\"http:\/\/www.usda.gov\/wps\/portal\/usda\/usdahome\">Departamento de Agricultura dos Estados Unidos<\/a> indica que, para cada <strong>108 gramas de sementes de melancia, podem-se obter 556 miligramas de magn\u00e9sio <\/strong>e que o consumo destas sementes \u00e9 ideal para esportistas, porque os nutrientes fornecidos ajudam a contra\u00e7\u00e3o muscular, enquanto o zinco permite um bom funcionamento do sistema imunol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n<p>Mas \u00e9 preciso consumir as sementes de melancia com cuidado.
